Open Road Driver’s Plan is designed specifically for today’s professional truck driver. It puts local, licensed attorneys on the driver’s side, whenever and wherever he or she needs them. GROUP ACCIDENT INSURANCE

Accidental injuries that send you or your family to the Emergency Room, Urgent Care or a doctor’s office can be costly, even if you have health insurance. Employees can purchase Group Accident Insurance for benefits to offset these costs for themselves, their spouse and children (to age 26). Group Accident pays specific benefits for a long list of on and off-the-job injuries, such as broken bones, concussions, burns, lacerations, and kids’ sports injuries. Includes a $100 Annual Health Screening benefit for each covered person ($150 if enrolled in both Group Accident and Group Critical Care). Group Accident is open for enrollment during an employee’s initial eligibility period (1st 60 days employed), and during annual open enrollment (Nov-Dec, effective Jan. 1st).


GROUP CRITICAL CARE INSURANCE

Financial security can be threatened during the lengthy, expensive recovery period after a serious medical event such as heart attack, stroke, or cancer. Group Critical Care Insurance provides a lump sum benefit to help with the medical and non-medical out-of-pocket expenses of a critical illness, as well as a monthly Cancer Treatment Benefit if applicable. Includes a $50 Annual Health Screening benefit for each covered person ($150 if enrolled in both Group Accident and Group Critical Care). Group Critical Care is open for enrollment during an employee’s initial eligibility period (1st 60 days employed), and during annual open enrollment (Nov-Dec, effective Jan. 1st).
